Let’s be honest, there isn’t much to not like about Miss Lily Aldridge. She has amazing hair, great cheek bones, eyes to kill and an amazing physique. Her body is most definitely a tool of her trade. In order to be a Victoria’s Secret Angel your body must be toned and on point at all times. Lily and her fellow angels put in numerous hours in the gym, working with personal trainers and eating well.

I thought I’d use this post to highlight my favorite workout…well my only workout. Ever since 2012 I’ve belonged to Pure Barre and I can honestly say it’s the most amazing work out I’ve ever found. Of course, it’s not for everyone, but if you haven’t tried it, don’t knock it. Pure Barre is a boutique style workout franchise that combines ballet, pilates & yoga. Every class is 55 minutes and full body. Each class is structured similarly, but the exercises change and each teacher has a different flair.

I was fortunate enough to become a Pure Barre teacher last year and have loved every single moment. I’ve never had a job that is so rewarding. Our clients have become like our family and to see them change in positive ways is amazing. Pure Barre does not only tone your body, but it makes you feel better and stronger. Great for injury prevention and the perfect supplement to other workouts!

You can visit their website here to find a studio near you or to open one of your own! One of my goals is to one day open my own studio so that I can keep making a positive impact in women’s {and men’s} lives. Pure Barre truly targets all of the areas you have a hard time toning in the gym.
