I started to put together a Spring favorites under $100 post for today, and saw so many new bags that I decided to make it solely about cute, affordable straw bags! Last year they flew off the shelves and I definitely made the mistake on waiting too long to snag several I loved.

Straw bags were all the rage last year, and fortunately, they are in 2019 too! The tote bag above with the white poms is a style they brought back from last year I own in pink. It fits a ton and great for taking on vacation. You can easily fold it up and cram it in a suitcase with no worry of it getting messed up! And pom poms are clearly the most popular detail. And for good reason, as it adds a fun pop to any piece. I’m swooning over the clutch with the hot pink poms!

I’m also loving the fun shapes like the square-shaped bag, circular cross body, and half moon beauty with the snap front. They bring just the right amount of Spring and Summer pizzazz to any outfit and match just about anything, especially the more neutral designs. So if you’re traveling, all you need is one! I always love taking along a clutch because it’s lightweight and most fit the essentials easily, like your phone, small wallet, and gloss. And you don’t have to break the bank to buy one!

I know it’s still early in the year, but I highly recommend checking out seasonal items like straw bags now because inventory goes so fast and changes often. Sometimes they restock but you just never know. It’s like swimsuits and denim shorts. Seems weird to buy them now but now is the time!
