SWEATER WEATHER STYLE

I’m calling this first look of the Shopped & Styled|My Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Try-On Haul the perfect fall outfit. I picked up this cozy and classic turtleneck sweater in a size small. I definitely could have gone with my usual size, but I opted for the oversized look that I love. For sweaters with a wide neckline, I often size up to small or medium for that slouchy tucked-in fit. I paired the sweater with high-waist dark wash jeans that are absolutely amazing. They’re incredibly versatile and a great staple to have in your wardrobe. And of course, I’m wearing the Steve Madden bootie that work perfectly with the longer inseam.

This cotton blend crew neck sweater was a hit two years ago, and I actually had it in blue myself. It sold out fast and was hard to find afterwards. But now, it’s back in stock and available in four gorgeous colors. It’s incredibly soft and has the perfect amount of slouchiness. Trust me, it’s a must-have for your fall wardrobe.

The price point is great, and the comfort level is unbeatable. I’m wearing my usual size XS for an oversized fit, which gives it that perfect slouch in the back. I have a feeling this sweater will be a best-seller, as the Treasure and Bond line tends to fly off the shelves. I paired it with the same dark wash jeans from above and the Steve Madden booties (not shown) in the color mushroom, which pretty much go with everything. It’s the ideal easy fall uniform that effortlessly combines comfort and style.

I think it’s safe to say this cable stitch tunic sweater is everyone’s favorite sweater of the sale. I love the oversized fit and it is so comfortable. Pair it with these classic high-waist denim jeans and top it off with a stylish felt hat for a complete look that’s both cozy and chic.

This one-shoulder sweater is without a doubt one of my absolute favorite sweaters of all time. I’ve worn it countless times since last year, and to my disappointment, it was never restocked. So, if you love it as much as I do (which I know you will), now is the perfect time to grab it. This sweater comes in five beautiful colors, and I personally have it in brown, black, and light pink. One of the things I adore about it is the versatility of wearing it off of one shoulder or both. The brown color is especially stunning and hits that sweet spot of stylishness. Normally, I wear an XS, but for this sweater, I sized up to a medium to achieve that oversized and slouchy fit that I absolutely love.

STYLISH BUTTON-UPS

I get so excited when everything falls into place during the NSale—it’s the best feeling! So, let me tell you about this breezy wild cat print button-up blouse I’m wearing in a size large. I intentionally wanted it to be super slouchy and oversized, and can I just say how incredibly comfortable it is. Now, let’s talk about these jeans… they’re beyond perfect! These Frame jeans are high-waisted, wide-leg, and have a raw hem crop. They definitely have stretch, so be sure to grab your true size. And the best part? They’re the perfect length for me (I’m 5’2″) to wear with flats.

I paired them with my Hayden sandals from Steve Madden (not part of the sale), but this is exactly how I would style them. I genuinely believe these jeans are something special—they’re incredibly flattering and the length is just spot on. To complete the look, I added the Rebecca Minkoff satchel (sold out), which happens to be the bag I wanted the most. Its design is sophisticated and chic that looks so high-end.

In this second picture, I decided to add my all-time favorite felt hat, which perfectly captures that classic and sophisticated style. And can we talk about the accessories? I’m absolutely loving how the stacked cubic zirconia and classic bangle elevate these looks to another level of chicness. It’s all in the details!

If you’re wanting a similar look to the last outfit but not feeling the printed shirt, let me introduce you to this white button-up shirt. Let me tell you, it’s one of the pieces I was most looking forward to, and it absolutely lives up to my expectations. The shirt boasts a crisp and clean aesthetic that exudes classic style. The thicker cotton material adds a touch of durability, which is perfect as we transition into fall. Plus, it’s exceptionally well-made and comes at a great price point. Thanks to the side slits, it’s ideal for a half front tuck, giving you that effortless yet polished look. You won’t be disappointed with this wardrobe staple!

You might recognize this shirt from two sales ago, but this time I got it in a more neutral color and instantly fell in love with it. It’s a menswear-style plaid faded button-up that initially made me wonder if it was too fisherman-esque. However, it turned out to be incredibly soft, and the more I wore it, the more I loved it.

This one is an XS, and they do run quite oversized, which is perfect for layering. But I genuinely love the look of it. In fact, I wore it recently wore it with my cut-off denim shorts and Steve Madden western boots, and it was just perfect. This is something you can wear right now during the summer, but it will definitely transition well into the fall when styled with jeans, boots, and, of course, a stylish felt hat. Oh, and by the way, these are the same high-rise dark wash jeans from the first sweater weather look, and I have to say, I absolutely LOVE them!

In the second picture, I decided to switch things up a bit. I paired the shirt with a lighter wash crop wide-leg jeans, which perfectly complements the relaxed vibe of the plaid button-up. To complete the look, I added a pair of stylish Steve Madden slides and carried a chic chevron quilted leather tote. These accessories added the perfect finishing touches and elevated the overall outfit. It’s amazing how a few well-chosen accessories can completely transform a look, don’t you think?

STAPLE BASIC

I also wanted to share a couple of things from previous years. First, let me show you this crew neck long- sleeve tee tucked in, so you can get a better view of the jeans. This top is incredibly affordable, and I actually purchased four of them last year in black and white because I wear them all the time. You’ve probably seen them quite often, and they usually restock them regularly. It’s a fantastic basic piece that you can rely on all year round.

Speaking of which, these are the same dark wash, high-rise jeans I mentioned earlier in the post, but I wanted to note that I sized up from a 24 to a 25 for a slightly more comfortable fit. To complete the look, I added the Panama hat from Treasure and Bond. It’s the perfect shape, size, and fit (it’s adjustable), and I actually own it in ivory, tan, and pink because I knew they would become staple accessories in my wardrobe. I also added these gorgeous classic bangle bracelets. I love to buy multiples for stacking and create a more personalized look.

In this look, I switched out the jeans for vintage high-waist straight leg jeans from Madewell with a raw hem, giving them that 90s retro vibe in a faded black wash. I paired them with Steve Madden slides in cognac leather, which are narrow foot friendly(not part of the sale) and carried the stunning large Rebecca Minkoff satchel, which, unfortunately, is already sold out. CASUAL CHIC

This maxi cardigan is this year’s Topshop cardigan and it’s beautiful. I love the chocolate color, dropped shoulders, and longline silhouette. It offers the perfect cozy, yet elevated look with an open-front, ribbed cuffs and side slits. I paired it with my staple cami, which is by far the most practical piece of the sale, and the most amazing high-waist boot cut jeans I previously shared above. They’re the perfect length for Steve Madden notched booties.

This is the Rita long-sleeve jersey top from All Saints, a recurring piece in their collection. Mine is from two sales ago, and is incredibly comfortable with its relaxed and oversized fit that can be worn either tucked or untucked.

Now, let’s talk about these high-waist wide crop leg jeans from Frame. I always go with my true-to-size fit. They do run slightly large, but I absolutely love the length. It’s worth mentioning that at 5’2″, these jeans are perfect for petite frames. You can even opt to cut off the raw hem for a customized look. I paired these jeans with retro-styled platform sandal, which add a touch of prettiness. The ankle strap fits perfectly under the jeans, creating an elongated look.

OFFICE-READY LOOKS

I’m so impressed with the workwear options available this year! If you’re in need of a beautiful classic black suit, this is it! It’s perfect for the office, and you can also mix and match the pieces for various occasions. The jacket has a great fit, and both the jacket and wide-leg trousers are true to size. I love that the jacket sleeves aren’t too long, and the fabric is just the right thickness, allowing for versatile styling.

Underneath, I’m wearing the white cami, which is priced under $10 and serves as a staple basic that you absolutely need in your wardrobe. These camis work perfectly as layering pieces under cardigans and jackets. As for the pants, they’re actually pull-on stretchy pants, striking the perfect balance between professional and comfortable.

In this look, I’m wearing the same blazer and cami as above, but I’ve paired them with a pair of jersey cropped trouser pants that I love. These pants are high-waisted and pull-on, which I find to be the perfect combination. They are incredibly comfortable for both workwear and even when traveling for business.

I’ve been eagerly waiting for the chance to share these stunning Steve Madden ballet shoes with all of you because they are absolutely beautiful. They come in a variety of styles, and I couldn’t resist getting two pairs. It’s worth noting that they fit a bit differently and are quite flexible. I went with my true size, and they are incredibly comfortable. For reference, I have narrow and shallow feet.

Before I dive into the details of this fabulous double-breasted blazer, let me just say that it’s definitely a splurge-worthy piece. However, let me assure you that it completely exceeded my expectations. This blazer is absolutely stunning, and if you’re looking to invest in just one blazer from the entire sale, this should be it. The quality is superior, and it can be effortlessly styled for both casual and workwear looks. I opted for a size down to achieve a more fitted silhouette, but if you plan on layering it over anything other than a cami, I recommend going with your true size. The gold button detailing adds a touch of elegance, and the sleeve length is just perfect.

I paired it with a white cami from Halogen, which I picked up in both white and black. It’s a versatile basic that works beautifully underneath a blazer like this. To complete the look, I chose these high-waisted wide-leg jeans that I absolutely adore. They do run long, but trust me, they’re worth getting hemmed if you’re on the shorter side like me. I did size up for added comfort, and I couldn’t be happier with the fit.

In this look, I’m keeping the same jeans as the last look because I simply adore the longer jean look with these blazers. Now, let’s talk about this Reiss wool-blend blazer. I’m honestly shocked that it’s still in stock because this brand typically sells out within the first few days of the sale. The texture and shape of this blazer are absolutely stunning. It cinches in at the waist, creating a flattering silhouette, and I particularly love the unique style that sets it apart from your traditional blazer. If you’re on the hunt for a blazer that will take you through the fall and winter seasons, this piece is a truly beautiful option to consider.

DRESS TO IMPRESS

This Steve Madden Steve Madden floral chiffon dress is absolutely amazing! I love how the blooms add an extra touch of prettiness to the overall look. It fits true to size and is incredibly comfortable to wear. I paired it with my favorite Steve Madden western boot from the sale and added my trusty Gucci belt for a stylish touch. Completing the ensemble, I decided to bring out the pebble leather Coach bag for that perfect finishing touch of elegance.

Alright, next up on the Shopped & Styled|My Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Try-On Haul is this sleeveless mock neck dress that truly exceeded my expectations. I was eagerly looking forward to trying it on, especially since I don’t own anything from this brand, and let me tell you, this dress is an absolute winner. Not only is it incredibly flattering, but it’s also remarkably comfortable. I went with my usual size, XS, and the way it drapes on my figure is just so flattering. It’s a midi-length dress that can easily transition from casual to workwear. There are so many ways to style it—you can add a belt or layer a blazer over it. I highly encourage you to check out this dress if you’re on the hunt for an amazing basic piece.

I have to start by saying that I’m a little bummed to share this look with you because the leopard print long-sleeve shirtdress I’m wearing has already sold out. However, just in case you managed to snag it or it restocks, I wanted to provide some styling inspiration. This dress is absolutely amazing and strikes the perfect balance between trendy and chic. It’s an ideal option for a stylish workwear ensemble. I paired it with my Reiss boots from last year, but I’ll make sure to link similar ones from this season so you can achieve a similar look.

I absolutely LOVE this stunning mock neck sleeveless dress in dark roast. It’s one of those hidden gems that might fly under the radar during the sale. I happened to stumble upon it while browsing through the pages of the NSale preview, and I instantly knew it would be a showstopper. The dress is made of a luxurious suede material that adds an extra touch of elegance. The mock neck detail is so chic, and I can envision this dress as a perfect option for workwear. I recommend sizing down—I usually wear an XS, but I opted for an XXS for a more fitted look. This dress is definitely a must-have for your fall wardrobe.

Can we talk about this polished chilly-day staple sweater dress, which is a must-have this fall! The quality is amazing and I love the oatmeal color.

For styling, I opted for these knee-high boots , a unique choice that I haven’t seen anyone else wearing. They look very luxurious, while the shorter heel makes them ideal for casual occasions. I went with my true-to-size fit, but it’s worth noting that they run slightly large. They are the perfect versatile boot for fall. To complete the look, I added my favorite satchel (sold out) and felt hat.

MINI SKIRTS MAXIMUM STYLE

I’m adding this tailored black miniskirt to the mix because every wardrobe needs this versatile piece. I paired it with a my go-to white cami and polished work-to-weekend longline blazer that offers a more boxy cut. I will say the skirt is on the shorter side but I absolutely love it!

So here’s another look at the tailored mini skirt paired with a funnel neck long-sleeve jersey top. Both are essential pieces for your layer-ready, work-to-weekend wardrobe. This is the perfect look to wear out to dinner with friends by simply adding a few stylish accessories and a pair of trend-savvy knee-high boots.

Because this mini skirt is so affordably priced, I wanted to show you yet another way to wear it, and that is with this black crewneck sweater. I love the combination of a slouchy sweater and a mini skirt, especially when paired with knee-high boots for the fall and winter seasons. This sweater is incredibly soft and definitely a staple piece that’s easy to layer or wear on its own.

For this skirt pairing, I chose this ccable knit tunic sweater in ivory. Once again, I love the combination of an oversized sweater with a fitted skirt. This sweater adds the perfect touch of comfort to this outfit and is available in five different colors. It has a very oversized fit, and I’m wearing an XS. For this particular look, I switched out the skirt and opted for a denim option to create a more casual, everyday vibe. It did sell out but check back for re-stocks.

I thought this outfit would be cute, but I must say, I really love it! This cowl neck sweater has been quite popular and has become everyone’s favorite, so I knew it would be slim pickings. However, they do have another color available, which you could style for a monochromatic look. I paired it with a pencil skirt from the same collection, and it’s simply adorable. This skirt is perfect for fall and can be worn casually or as workwear. It features thin belt loops, so I styled it with my sleek Celine belt, my top bag pick of the year (sold out), and the Reiss knee-high boots that I mentioned earlier. While these boots are from last year, I’m linking this year’s version because they come in a very similar color.

So next up is a combination that I hadn’t initially planned, but I must say, I really love it! I came across this mock neck waffle knit sweater and knew it would be a hit, so I wanted to share it with you. I love its roomy fit and how effortlessly it pairs with this chic mini houndstooth pencil skirt. The side slit adds a touch of shape, and the colors of the two pieces look fantastic together. This is definitely the way I would style this sweater.

ATHLEISURE ALL DAY

I have this cozy fleece crewneck sweatshirt in black, and it’s an absolute favorite. With its dropped shoulders and oversized fit, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and style. I could have gone with my usual size (XS), but I sized up to a small for a slightly roomier fit. It looks so cute paired with these fleece knit shorts. These high-waisted sweat shorts are incredibly comfy, thanks to their soft and fuzzy fleece lining. I’m wearing them in my usual size (XS), and they fit perfectly. The best part is that when you wear them together, you can still see the Nike symbol, adding a cool and sporty touch to the outfit. This combination is perfect for those laid-back days when you want to be both cozy and stylish.

STAY WARM AND STYLISH

I wanted to show you this amazing quilted hooded parka. I love that this coat is so practical and has a fixed hood for extra coverage. For all my Keeneland girlies tell me this would not be the most perfect fall Keeneland jacket!
