You all the day is here! The 2017 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has arrived! If you’re a Nordstrom cardholder now is the time to get your shop on…and if you aren’t, it’s the best time to take note of what you’d like to purchase when the sale goes live to the public on the 21st. I literally cannot contain my excitement and am so excited I can finally share and link all of my favorites for you to see and to shop. Today I’m featuring my Top 10 choices for this year’s sale – items I feel will sell out fast!

SHOP MY TOP TEN

1 // Steve Madden Black Pearl Mule >> $59.90 (89.95 after the sale). THIS is the one item I knew I had to have. Mules are really on-trend for fall and there are so many cute designs with embellishments and bedazzling. I was so worried I wouldn’t get a pair, as I know everyone else had to be eyeing them too, but luckily my personal stylist at Nordstrom was able to grab me a pair before they were gone (she’s the best!). I was so worried they would sell out right away. I know that sounds crazy, but I’ve heard some items may be gone within 24 hours…eek!

2 // BP. Lightweight Cardigan >> 31.90 (49 after the sale). The second item in my shopping cart was this amazing long cardigan in beige oatmeal (it comes in several colors). Again, I was worried it would sell out in stores and online because it was one of last year’s more coveted items and after the sale, boy were they hard to find. I own the black, grey, and burgundy version from last year and these cardis are without a doubt, my most worn fall item. They are the perfect price, and wear well for both work and play.

3 // AG The Legging Raw Hem Ankle Skinny Jeans >> $149.90 ($225 after the sale). This was another best seller for last year that luckily, is back in the sale lineup this year. I’ve owned AG ankle skinny jeans for quite some time now, and they are, without a doubt, my favorite. They are the only pair of denim I didn’t hem so that I can wear them with tall boots all fall & winter…and trust me, that’s all I will wear all fall & winter…haha. Totally worth the splurge at a great discount you don’t see often! 

4 // BlankNYC Leather Jacket >> $64.90 (after the sale $98) I purchased a BlankNYC leather jacket last year in a light brown/caramel color and it was my go-to for months. Sadly, I passed on it during last year’s sale and ended up purchasing anyway at full price (gasp!). This year I won’t make that mistake again and there are so many different colors to choose from! I have my eyes on the black and possibly a lighter color as well, as I just retired several jackets when I did my pre-fall closet clean out.

5 // Caslon V-Neck Tee >> $17.90 ($25 after the sale). A good v-neck tee is all a girl needs in her life…am I right?! This year Caslon is selling the perfect simple tee in a variety of colors. It’s so funny, I never buy t-shirts because I always feel like I already own a ton, but last weekend we went to shoot a blog post and I realized I have NONE. I have some with peplum and knot front detailing, but no plain simple tees. So you better believe I’ll be stocking up during the sale. 

6 // Vince Camuto Fileana Bootie >> $99.90 ($149.95 after the sale). Oh, bootie season. I’m pretty sure booties are always a best seller! This year there are so many great ones to choose from in lots of colors, but I’ve already seen tons of bloggers snatching these up…so I’m taking a guess they will sell out fast. Vince Camuto is my favorite shoe designer because his footwear fits well and it so comfortable. It’s worth the price to pay for quality, especially when they last several seasons and you can wear them constantly during the cooler seasons AND even right now!

7 // Halogen Pink Smoke Soft Jacket >> $89.90 (139 after the sale). When I saw this item in the Nordstrom Catalog I totally drooled. This is the prettiest pink jacket paired with work pants or denim. The store paired it with an adorable pair of embroidered distressed jeans (only $58.90)…another must-have on my list! I love this jacket so much because it’s different from anything I own and the feminine details are exactly what I’m looking for. 

8 // Leith Easy Circle Cardigan >> $49.90 ($75 after the sale). This is an item I wish I had purchased last year during the sale. The infamous Circle Cardigan is so comfy and comes in an adorable pink color this season. I highly suggest shopping this sweater now, because once they are gone, some sizes may not get restocked AND $75 is a lot for a cardi (I think)… $49.50 sounds much better!

9 // Lush Ruffle Sleeve T-shirt Dress >> $29.90 ($45 after the sale). I saw that this dress was part of the sale on another blogger’s post pre-sale and literally turned into the heart eye emoji. It’s absolutely darling and at under $30, is a steal! Last year Lush came out with a similar dress with a 3/4 sleeve and it flew off the racks. And if I remember correctly, it never got restocked. The urgency may seem silly but there’s always chance certain items are a one time opportunity. Which makes free returns perfect! Better to get what you want and return what you don’t later. 

10 // Halogen Plaid Mini Skirt >> $45.90 ($69 after the sale). There are several trends I’m really excited about this coming season and plaid is definitely one of them. Plaid capes, plaid jackets, plaid skirts, plaid shirts…you name it, they probably make it in plaid! I love this skirt because I don’t own many, and I’m looking to add some additional business appropriate pieces to my wardrobe this fall. I’ve been wearing tees and jean shorts (or pjs…sigh) almost every day and it’s time for an upgrade!
