I still can’t believe this top is only $36! It’s such an effortless & easy piece to wear because of the smocked design. I didn’t find myself pulling or tugging at it at all during the first night’s party at the conference. I also love that it’s not see through (I have on a nude strapless bra) and it’s long enough to wear with a high-waisted skirt without showing much stomach (I also have a long waist for my body). 

The wrap skirt I paired it with is SO COMFY & SOFT! I was quite surprised because I feel like, for the most part, skirts can be kind of awkward and uncomfortable to wear. I actually don’t own many for that very reason, but this one is absolutely perfect! The material makes it quite comfortable even though it’s high in the waist, and it’s cut long enough that I didn’t feel like I was going to show anything I shouldn’t in the back. Additionally, the design is very figure-flattering!

I know these platform sandals aren’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea because they are TALL, but they are shockingly comfortable to wear. The knot design and material on top have some stretch so your foot actually feels cushioned and hugged tight in the best way possible. I did have to go up a half size from a 7 to a 7.5 which made all the difference. The 7 felt like the back straps weren’t holding my foot in place quite right (like they were slipping off), but with the 7.5 that completely went away. 

I feel like this would be a great outfit for a warm Spring or Summer date night. I love all the feminine details, like the bow ties on the sleeves, the ruffles of the top, the wrap front design of the skirt, and the metallic shine of the shoes. Just add some jewelry and a fun half-up braid and you’re good to go!
