flag glasses tee striped skirt pink pumps
Hello, and Happy Monday!

As always, the first day of the week rolls around so soon. It seems like the weekends are always on fast forward…am I right?! I realized yesterday while planning out my photos shoot that Fourth of July is quickly approaching and I hadn’t done any kind of outfit post to celebrate. And, until today, I haven’t shared this adorable festive flag glasses tee from Rollick Threads. I decided to glam up this year’s look because…why not lol? I started with the striped skirt (a new fav from Stitch Fix) and then by default, started adding pink accessories and then my new baby blue chandelier earrings

Glasses Tee (c/o) // Similar Skirt (on sale) // Pumps (on sale) // Aviators // Earrings // Pink Lipstick
What I ended up with is what I like to call a Glam Fourth of July. It’s a great way to incorporate red, white, and blue at work or to attend an event that calls for dressier attire than cutoff shorts and a bedazzled star tank. My pink suede pumps (on sale 30% off!) and pink aviator sunglasses are still in stock and have been favorites for quite some time now (the pumps are super comfy). And of course, I put on my pink lip obsession, Candy Yum Yum. Justin actually has a matching tee that says “Merica” so we plan to wear them together on the fourth. He was a little hesitant at first, but I got his tee in a different color so it wasn’t quite so “twinsies.”

I hope you all have some fun plans for the holiday. Justin and I plan to play it by ear as we’ve never made grand plans for Independence Day. One of our neighbors is putting up a blow-up pool and hosting a day of fun and refreshments so we may have to check that out! Last year I think we came home around noon and took a nap – clearly we aren’t seasoned Fourth of July party people lol. Anyhow, I hope you have some exciting plans and hopefully this gives you a little outfit inspiration. You’ll find some shoppable links below to the same or similar items.
