If you shop Caitlin’s collection, the items run true to size. I received smalls in all of my pr pieces, and all were a smidge big (but oh so cute). This dress however, works if you size up because of the fit! I also love the length as someone petite, because it hits right at the floor. Such a fun piece to wear!

You could obviously style this dress for the beach or a warm weather event. We don’t have any scenic warm weather backdrops in Kentucky right now so I decided to give mine a western flare with a cream wool hat from heron & pine, and some white knee high cowgirl boots (old but from Dolce Vita).

Spring dresses are popular for good reason. They are such a versatile category for various occasions.. weddings, brunch, get togethers with family, date night, fun with friends, etc. I personal love a mini because I’m short (5’2″) with shorter legs so I feel like they help to even me out proportionally. But there’s also something so comfortable about a maxi.
