This is definitely the longest I’ve ever gone without a blog post. If you’ve been following along on Instagram, I had nose surgery almost two weeks ago and have been recovering since. I also think it’s been a combination of quarantine and a lack of inspiration that have played into my blogging absence. But, it’s the start of the week and I’m feeling motivated and ready to share new content. Today, it’s affordable swimsuits for summer!

It’s been a lot of fun hunting down new swimsuits this year! Last year I feel like most of my suits were investments and honestly didn’t get much wear. So this year I wanted to find some affordable options I can wear for years to come and I can easily mix and match. I also wanted some bikinis for laying out that didn’t have embellishments or detailing that would leave weird lines.

My favorites out of all of them are probably the black tankini (your alls favorite from IG), tan printed number, and leopard tie-front suit.

SIZING..

All of the swimsuits in today’s post are either from aerie or Amazon. I’ve found that aerie swimwear runs true to size. They are really comfortable and very well fitted. All of my suits from Amazon are a size small. The string bikinis fit true to size (I have a little bit of room) but it works well since they are easily made tighter. The best coverage of the Amazon bikinis is the leopard cutie and scalloped beauty.
