I’ve been so excited to share today’s photos with all of you. I literally can’t get over the Heidi cuteness in this post and it always amazes me how much she loves to take photos. She loves pictures maybe even more than me (is that possible?!). I seriously feel like she knew this was her big break with Express helping me to model these incredible flare jeans… #ExpressPup. 

As soon as I set her in front of my phone or camera she immediately listens like a pro and most of the time, makes up her own poses haha. She’s such a sweet, good girl and I have no idea where my life would be without her. She has the kindest little heart and loves to cuddle more than anything (even food). One day someone was telling me their dog hates to cuddle, to which I said Heidi would be totally content if she could literally crawl inside your skin haha. She’s the best companion a girl could ask for (unless it involves travel) and she even won over J in the area of small fluffy (girly) dogs. He even wants a second morkie!

If you’ve followed me even a little while you know I live for a good flared pair of denim. And y’all… Express hit it out of the park in the flared jean department this year. I now own four pairs (& counting) and love each and every one SO MUCH (will link in SHOP THE POST)! They offer a wide variety of sizes, lengths, and styles so you have lots of options – and the sizing is standard which I really appreciate. For reference, I’m 5’2″ and wear a 00 regular. I like wearing my flared denim with a heeled sandal, wedge, or bootie so I need some extra length which the regular sizing provides.

The super high waisted denim perfect bell flare jeans I’m wearing in this post have the best details! I love the front seams and the classic color, making them a great jean to dress up or down this coming Fall. You can wear them with a simple tee, a cozy sweater (like me), with a cardi & cami, or even with a fun blazer – the ways are endless! Also, the fit is quite flattering especially if you’re petite like me. The form-fitting top half combined with the bell bottom helps to keep the body proportionate and for me, much taller when I have heels underneath!

I wore my jeans with a fab pair of perforated ankle strap open toe booties (tts) with perforated details. They gave me just enough height and I don’t have any other shoes this color! I can’t wait to wear them throughout the Fall season with flared jeans and skinny jeans alike. And this cable knit split back pullover sweater… OH EM GEE… so cozy and soft (tts). The back has really fun cut-outs and provides just enough warmth for a cool Autumn day. OR Summer night with a pair of shorts and booties – yes, please!

And don’t forget to add a little somethin’ somethin’ like my nested charm pendant necklace.

I encourage you to check out all of the denim options Express has to offer. I love that they have something for just about everyone at price points that are affordable. There’s nothing better than being able to update your late Summer/early Fall wardrobe without having to break the bank for trendy, high-quality clothing & accessories!
