 You Guys! Today is the day. We finally get to close on the house this afternoon! We are extremely excited to finally move in as it seems like it’s been forever (really it’s been a month lol). We have to run over to the house this morning to make sure all of the final touches have been completed and then Justin has to sign on the dotted line! I’m so incredibly proud of him for working so hard to make this home a reality. Hashtag PROUDGIRLFRIEND. All of our belongings will be arriving Saturday and we can’t wait to get everything put away. It’ll be a little crazy for a bit as our washer and dryer won’t be coming for a little while so I’m sure our laundry room will be full by the time they do lol. We also still need to get a refrigerator and blinds… but that should be done super soon! You don’t realize how crucial appliances are until you don’t have them. I’m excited to make a grocery trip so I can go back to eating healthy and to actually start cooking again. 

 For today’s post, I wanted to share ten new Fall pieces on-trend and under $50. There are so many amazing knits and sweaters for very affordable prices this year! As you’ll see above, there’s no need to spend an arm and a leg on your cool-weather wardrobe. EXCEPT on essentials like jeans, boots, and coats. Sometimes it pays to spend more on staples. I’m absolutely loving the cinched waist dress in blush! I think it would wear well for work, dressed up, or even for more casual days. I also highly recommend the camisole because they are so practical and perfect for having on hand when you want to throw on a cardigan or a leather jacket. The one above comes in three colors tailored to the season.
