It’s finally feeling a lot more like Spring and I couldn’t be happier. Not really excited about the mass quantity of rain OR all the canceled travel due to corona… but hey, I’ll take the sunshine and warmer temps! While in Memphis recently, I shared an affordable plaid blazer and got quite a few questions. So I thought I’d share it today here on the blog styled for spring.

I absolutely love the colorway of this double-breasted plaid blazer. You could easily wear it dressed up for work with black pants, can wear it business casual with non-distressed skinny jeans, or dress it down casually as I have in this post. I bought mine in an XXS and love the fit. It still has an oversized feel but doesn’t look like I’m swimming in it.

Underneath, I have on my FAVORITE white ribbed long sleeve top (only $25!). I own four of these because they are so versatile and easy to pair with jeans. All of mine are true to size in XS but the webpage says to size up which I also think would work! I’d probably size up if I purchase again.

You’ve probably seen these jeans more than a handful of times now. I’ve been wearing them and sharing them on IG all the time lately. I LOVE the fit and the fact they aren’t too long to wear with booties (I sized up from a 24 to a 25 short). They are very high-waisted which I prefer because it makes my legs feel longer!

OH! && these sunglasses. I picked these up in NYC and cannot get enough of the chain detailing. Unfortunately, they are hard to come by. I got mine in-store at Nordstrom but found them online at Chanel for additional details. You can remove the chain and wear it as a necklace!
