I hope all of you had a wonderful Easter Sunday with your family & friends! Justin’s mom came to visit us for the weekend and helped J to completely redo our front flower bed. Oh, how nice it is to add some curb appeal to the house, and side note, to finally have a full lawn of lush green grass (last year was our first year in our home and boy did the yard need some tlc).


Not much could make Monday better than a comfy & cute striped sundress under $50. A striped midi dress is a perfect Spring piece for so many occasions… a beach vacation, a wedding shower, a graduation brunch, warm weather family photos, or just a day around town.

This striped midi dress has been selling quickly since I purchased so I’ll be sharing some others that are just as cute, affordable, and stocked. Even though this particular dress is low on sizes I still wanted to share because it gives you an idea of how to style a midi dress, especially if you are petite!

During the Spring months where the weather goes quickly from hot to cool, I love to keep a light wash denim jacket on hand. The one I’ve featured is under $100 and my most worn. Lately, I love to wear my jackets thrown over my shoulders as it’s quick and easy to remove, and I really just love the look. Both my dress and jacket run true to size – I’m wearing an xs in both. 

For accessories, I grabbed all of my favorites. A round pink crossbody bag (under $15! – linking two other colors below), some adorable espadrille sandals (tts), my favorite tortoise sunnies, and a lilac-colored straw hat (wearing small). I love how all of the colors are in the same family and mesh well together. Accessories also help to incorporate different textures into the look!
