I asked on Instagram Stories if you all would like to see monthly favorites or new beauty favorites and new beauty won by a teeny tiny bit. Many of these are new products are from this month so they are also monthly favs for January. I’ve been all about some great lipsticks and lipglosses lately because late last year I had to throw EVERY lip product away due to an infection. Since I had to part with so many products worth so much money I’ve been slow to build my collection back up. But I’m finally taking the plunge and have fallen head over heels for two glosses in particular.

One is called charm and has a luxuriously fabulous formula. It’s super smooth and doesn’t get sticky or cakey throughout the day. I’ve been wearing it paired with a lipstick called Kim K.W. and absolutely love the combo. For any nude lip lovers out there, this duo is for you! The second gloss is called Fortune Cookie and is a drugstore gloss that really surprised me. It has a candy sweet smell and looks really beautiful worn over a lipstick or alone. And it only costs $4.99.

For a tired under eye, I’ve been wearing an instant brightener (also from the drugstore). I also own this product in the color fair but love how the brightener really wakes up the eye. Sometimes I wear it alone when I’m in a rush or under my usual concealer if I really want a stark highlight. The second under eye product I’ve been loving is no more baggage. It’s meant to be used on bare under eyes (I wouldn’t use anything underneath or it doesn’t work as well). It has an orange coloring to counteract any darkness and instantly tightens the skin – it feels really cool!

I also threw in a brand new mascara called worth the hype that I actually just tested yesterday. But I was so impressed I wanted to let you all know because it’s an awesome price point. I used it with my favorite lash primer and it gave a ton of length!
