A couple weeks ago I shared this exact same shirt styled during my trip to The Highlands. I realized quickly it was going to be my pre-fall uniform, and now is officially my fall uniform. I styled it almost identically but added a skinny jean for warmth! This plaid olive option is selling out fast so I’m linking other fall color combos from the brand.

HOW THINGS FIT:

Olive Plaid Shirt

I own two of these plaid shirts and they are amazing quality. BUT THEY DO RUN SMALL. I sized up two sizes in both of mine from my usual xs to a medium. They are nice and slouchy, and in my opinion, worth the $$.

Light Wash Crop Bootcut Jeans

Okay petite gals, you want these jeans! They are the perfect inseam for a bootcut crop on someone under 5’3″ (I’m 5’2″) and they fit true to size (wearing 24). They have some stretch and pair well with a low ankle bootie or a heeled sandal.

Heeled Suede Sandal

CURRENTLY ON SALE!

Let me start by saying, I know these are a splurge.. BUT I had to give them a go. I received a Tamara Mellon catalogue a while back and pulled out the page with these suede sandals. Then I kept going back to them but didn’t know if I could spend the money. I finally splurged and I can already tell you they were worth the dollars. They fit like a glove and are fantastic quality (the designer of the brand founded Jimmy Choo). So if you’re in the market for an early fall splurge, you will love these! They fit true to size (wearing 7).

Wool Fedora

Most worn hat right here. I own several Brixton hats (all in small) and have this exact wool fedora in two colors. It’s the perfect option for a fall day out or third day hair. And it’s the perfect neutral style & color.

Oversized Tortoise Sunglasses

If you’ve followed me long, you’ve seen these sunglasses a zillion times. They are without a doubt, my most worn pair of sunnies and they go well with just about every look. I bought the alternative fit version because they fit closer to the nose.

Louis Vuitton Neverfull GM

Over the years I’ve been asked would I recommend the Neverfull PM or GM and hands down I would choose the GM. It’s nice and lightweight and fits so many things. I’ve travelled with mine for years and it looks amazing considering it’s 10 years old.
