Happy Friday, Friends! Today is a much-needed chance for me to catch up on some work I wasn’t able to get done during this extra busy week. It’s been an amazing week – but I welcomed a slow morning with a venti Starbucks and two breakfast sandwiches, spent on the couch with Heidi checking emails and finishing up this post. Last night, Justin and I headed to Virginia Tech where I spoke to their Fashion Merchandising and Design Society about blogging. It was the most wonderful experience and they even made me a custom photo wall with my blog name – so cool! I’m so grateful for all the experiences blogging has bestowed upon me and for the fabulous entrepreneurs, I’ve been able to meet along the way.

Today’s post features my Spring uniform. A simple cropped jeans, with a feminine white top, and a stand out shoe with amazing bow detailing! I love how clean and versatile this look is, a perfect pairing for the warmer weather I just know is coming soon… fingers crossed! My white top is actually on sale today for $26 and the site is also offering 20% off! The peplum detailing of the top is beautiful and flattering because it isn’t pressed so close to the body. I wore mine with a nude cami underneath because the material is sheer and it worked perfectly. I own six or seven of this cami because they are a two-way design you can wear as a v-neck or straight across. 

My cropped jeans are a splurge but they are AH-mazing! It’s so hard for me to find jeans that don’t have to be hemmed and these look amazing on all heights. They are high waisted and such good quality. A jean you can wash and wear for years! Plus, they work well for so many occasions because they aren’t distressed like so many jeans are this season. My shoes are one of my FAVORITE recent purchases. I fell in love with them online but worried they would be too wide. To my surprise, the bow actually ties tighter so these work on any width foot. AND they are so comfortable!
