Yesterday I asked on Instagram if you’d like to see a Nordstrom Anniversary Sale beauty post or home decor post and the overwhelming vote was for home! For those who asked for beauty, I promise it’s coming next week – lots of the items I purchased look like they are still in stock so we should be good!

I usually don’t purchase many home decor items during the NSALE but this year I decided to pick up a few items that I could add around the house, like throws, candles, and even a wine rack!

I know the leopard barefoot dreams blankets sold out (insanely quick) but I still wanted to show you how I styled mine in my new office space. During previous sales I bought the cream & white and grey & white blankets, so I really wanted the traditional leopard. The rest of our house doesn’t lend well to a darker color palette but I absolutely adore it in my office where I do have traditional leopard.

After shopping The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and bringing all of my loot home, I realized quickly it was finally time for a new clothing rack setup. The one I had previously only had one rack with no shoe storage or shelving. So I started hunting online for something better and found these three amazingly affordable racks. You can obviously buy them individually if you need less storage or have less space, but I’m obsessed with how they look next to one another as a single unit.

The minute I saw the packaging for these candles I had to have them! Nataley, who helped my mom and I shop in DC during the sale said she wasn’t surprised because I wanted them because they were pink, and girly… (haha). The past two years I’ve picked up the colored Volupsa trio tins but I love how chic the glass jars are, and also that I can reuse them on my vanity when I’m done burning them.

This faux fur throw is AH-mazing! I cannot believe it’s under $50 and such a substantial size and really good quality. We’ve been using and abusing our other blankets so much when we sleep, watch tv on the couch, etc. I wanted to get something more for “show” on the bed. And I could not love this more! I actually have the cream in my shopping cart to place somewhere else in the house.

Clearly, candles are one of my favorite things to buy during the NSALE. This style comes in three sizes… large, medium and small. I picked up the large (which is hugeee) and the medium. I love that they are both decorative and fragrant. I go through candles so quickly but these should last a while!

I saw this gold wine rack while linking items to the blog and immediately snatched it up. We actually don’t have one, and our wine bottles really needed a more aesthetically pleasing way to be displayed. Right now, I have it in our dining room on a gold console table I plan to make into a bar cart.
