You all, I just can’t get enough of the fall foliage and holiday atmosphere right now. Everywhere I go there are more and more decorations going up and every time I turn on the TV I find myself watching any Christmas movie I can find. I’ve even started buying pretzels, sprinkles, and melting chocolate to make my signature chocolate covered pretzels – something I always do during the holidays. I told Justin to tell me how many people are on his team at work so I can make them their own bag full of treats and he was so hesitant… I think he wants to keep them all to himself. I may have to go out there myself and pass them out haha. 

 For today’s post, I wanted to share a cozy, and cold weather appropriate look for anyone experiencing those nippy temps and for everyone who lives down south that needs winter gear for their holiday vacations to see family. I put together a fabulous poncho and leggings combo from Nordstrom and you wouldn’t believe how warm I was, even without a jacket! I’ve had my poncho since last year, and luckily they brought it back this year (in more colors!). It’s incredibly soft with an insulated lining… even the front pocket is lined!

And don’t forget your feet this winter! It’s so important to keep your feet nice and warm from the elements, especially if you live near snow and ice. The boots I’m wearing are one, gorgeous, and two, waterproof making them both fashionable and functional. You’ll be hard-pressed to find something chicer that you can wear in the elements! And since these boots are by UGG, they have a genuine shearling lining inside which keeps your toes so toasty you don’t even need to wear socks. I decided to tuck my leggings into the boots so that it kept my legs even warmer and to create a longer leg – because who wouldn’t want that?! My pom hat comes in multiple colors and is also lined and very high-quality. You just can’t skimp when keeping yourself cute AND cozy outside with family looking at Christmas lights, drinking cocoa on a hayride, or singing carols. All the holiday feels!
