Friday’s blog post is definitely tardy… but better late than never!

Additionally, I wanted to share some cute winter coats, gloves, and scarves I shared recently in an IG try-on. I’ve found some great items at really affordable prices.

My most worn coat last year looks almost identical to the one in this post. I got so many questions last year about where it was from but sadly it was from a past season and impossible to find. So when I saw this padded jacket, for less than half the price, I HAD to share it! It’s literally just as cute, just as warm, and just as versatile. A long black padded jacket is essential if you live where winter visits. You can wear it casually, to run the dog outside, out to a holiday event, and even over a dress! 

I have a feeling this jacket will go fast, as a different version I shared already sold out in black. It’s also lightweight enough not to feel too heavy, but you still get enough warmth to make it worth the money. I would say this one definitely runs true to size. I got mine in an xs and it fits perfectly with a thin knit OR with a chunky sweater. And boy does it look cute with a bright scarf!

I saw this chunky fringe oblong scarf (it’s still on major sale) and ordered it immediately. I’m obviously a sucker for pink, and for bright hues (totally on trend right now), but what I love most are the length and weight. It’s by far the snuggliest, coziest scarf in my collection and I love how it looks paired with a monochromatic outfit. Or with a print like my leopard sock booties. 

These booties are so comfy – like, really, really comfy! I wore them with my new faux leather leggings and love the two together because you can really see the booties. Which are only $37.99! Can you believe it?! The leggings are a bit of a splurge (for leggings that is) but y’all… they fit SO well. I waited on these for a long time, not really believing the hype, but then they came out with petite sizing and I had to try them. And they are amazing, form-fitting, and the perfect winter pairing for oversized sweaters. Just make sure to go up a size! I’m wearing size small.
