Treat Yourself To My Favorite Turtleneck

Three days until Christmas! Can you believe it?! Everyone keeps asking me if I’m ready and… duh… I’m always ready for Christmas lol! I definitely have a ton of work to do today in preparation for heading out of town, but I think I’ll be able to make a significant dent in my work list. Yesterday was my errand running day and luckily I got it all done… thank goodness. Everywhere I went was crazy busy with last minute shoppers and people picking up things for their holiday feasts. Fortunately, I finished Justin’s family’s Christmas shopping (he’s so last minute I told him I’d help him out hehe) and my own really early this year and wrapped everything two weeks ago so we don’t have to stress about finding things in the nick of time. 

With all the hustle and bustle and buying… it’s always good to treat yourself! To a mani-pedi, a massage, 30 minutes of downtime, or a piece of clothing you’ve been eyeing. It’s obvious that sweaters have been the most popular pieces on Pardon Muah this season so I wanted to share a new one that I’m absolutely obsessed with.

The color of the sweater I’m wearing is called khaki – it also comes in grey. It’s definitely a quality piece and I adore the high low cut of the bottom. It makes wearing with a skirt like the one shown so much easier if you want to tuck in the front. It is one size fits all which I know isn’t ideal for everyone but as you can tell in the photos, I rolled up the cuff of the sleeve, so there is some extra length for anyone who may need it. It may be less of an oversized fit depending on your usual size, but it would still be cute all the same! I love this turtleneck paired with the plaid skirt but also love it with a skinny jean and bootie or a legging with the over the knee boots. The skirt runs VERY small. I’m actually wearing a medium and I’m usually an XS – so keep that in mind when shopping. I wish there were more sizes available!


My boots, however, run true to size, and are a favorite of so many bloggers and readers alike! They fit well on various heights and leg widths which is why they have been getting such rave reviews. I also love wearing them with black leggings because it gives the appearance of a much longer leg which I could definitely use.
