Happy Valentine’s Day, Friends!

I hope your day Vday is off to a great start! J has to work all day so we’re planning to grab take-out tacos and treats for a cozy dinner in… we went on our “actual” Valentine’s Day dinner last Saturday so that we could stay out later and enjoy it. We went to one of our favorite local spots and had the most delicious meal! I even cheated on my non-dairy diet with baked goat cheese salad, buttered filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and finally a chocolate mousse pie (mmmm!).

My red jumpsuit came in the day before we were supposed to take these blog pictures and I was SO EXCITED it came just in time for Valentine’s Day! It’s such a pretty piece, with the mix media details and the tie waist. I also love that it’s the perfect Spring jumpsuit for work, church, a brunch, or even a wedding. It’s quite versatile and I’m planning to get my lots of wear out of mine this year!

I paired the jumpsuit with a hot pink faux fur coat because, it’s Vday, so why not?! I cannot get enough of this fun duo and was actually super warm when we took these photos. Sadly, my exact coat sold out a while back, but I did find three great options at various price points I’m linking in SHOP THE POST. A shorter fit coat like this is perfect for clothing items with a higher waistline.

A girl can never have too many nude shoes in her closet, and the pair I have on are by far the nicest ones I own. I’m also a total sucker for anything patent!
